By buying or using Unfreeze, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and plain.

What you get

A one-time payment of $49 grants you a personal, non-transferable lifetime license to use Unfreeze on your own devices. "Lifetime" means as long as we keep the service running. We have every intention of running it for years.

What you can't do

Don't share your account with other people. Don't resell access. Don't reverse-engineer the app or scrape it. Don't use it to harass anyone or to generate illegal content.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may push updates, change features, or take the app down for maintenance. If we ever permanently shut Unfreeze down, we'll give you notice and a prorated refund where required by law.

Limitation of liability

Unfreeze is a tool, not medical advice. It does not diagnose or treat ADHD or any other condition. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Unfreeze is registered. Disputes go through the courts of that jurisdiction.
