Unfreeze is built by people with ADHD, for ADHD brains. We treat your data the way we'd want ours treated: with the minimum possible footprint and zero second-guessing.

What we collect

Account info: your email address and a hashed password (or OAuth identifier if you signed in with Google/Apple). Used only to log you in and contact you about your purchase.

Purchase info: order ID, date, and amount. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.

Brain dumps: the text you type into Unfreeze is sent to our AI provider to generate your 60-second action. It is processed in real time and not stored permanently on our servers.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers. No behavioral profiling. No selling, renting, or sharing of your data with third parties for marketing. No cross-site tracking pixels.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to keep you logged in. That's it. No analytics cookies that follow you around the web.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it, at any time. Email us and we'll handle it within 30 days, as required by GDPR and CCPA.
