Unfreeze is a digital product with immediate, lifetime access. As soon as you complete your purchase, you receive full access to the app, downloadable bonuses, and all future updates. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Why we have this policy

Digital products cannot be "returned" once access has been granted. We keep the price low ($49, one time) so the risk is small and the value is clear. If you are unsure whether Unfreeze is right for you, please review the product description, FAQ, and demo on this site before buying.

If something is wrong

If you experience a technical problem or cannot access your purchase, email us at unfreezemybrain@gmail.com and we will fix it. We are a small team and we read every message.
