If your ADHD brain doesn't connect with Unfreeze within 30 days of purchase, you get a full refund. No forms. No surveys. No "are you sure?". We respect your time.

How to request a refund

Email unfreezemybrain@gmail.com with the word "refund" in the subject line, from the email address you used to purchase.

That's the whole process. You'll get your money back the same day to the original payment method. Your access is deactivated when the refund is issued.

Why we offer this

We built Unfreeze because we got tired of productivity apps that take your money and disappear. If it doesn't work for you, you shouldn't have to fight to get your money back. We've never not refunded someone who asked. We're not going to start now.

After 30 days

Lifetime access means lifetime — but our refund window ends at 30 days. If something breaks or you have a problem after that, email us anyway. We'll do what we can.
